These are but a few things experienced by those who have found themselves at the opposite end of a targeting government or entity. With technology like the “Voice of God” beam that can transmit voices directly into your head and the new handheld sonic weapon that can vibrate your brain announced by the Chinese government the possibilities are frighteningly real…as sadly are the cases reported.
