The terms “targeted Individual” or “Gang Stalking” maybe new nomenclature to some and wild hyperbole to others, but to those who have been victims of targeted technologies as well as electronically harassed, this is an all too frightening reality. From coming home to your house a shambles, to stolen parts of your identity and even disruption of daily life and more via electronic means…these are the many hallmarks of those who are targeted by governments, individuals and black budget operations alike. But now a phenomenological study by scientists claims to discredit these claims off hand as mere hallucinations, even classifying them in the realm of imagination. Is this study a possible attempt by science to sweep under the rug a horrible reality being wrought upon citizens by the very technology they have helped create from the Government programs that finance and advance these burgeoning technologies in the back hallways of Universities and private labs?
